About Chance

I am a lifelong resident of the Cumberland Plateau and had the privilege of working as a ranger for the Obed Wild and Scenic River National Park for six years and a season at Frozen Head State Park. These life experiences give me a unique knowledge of the area and all that this part of East Tennessee has to offer. I now enjoy helping other families find their place here and share with them all that it has to offer. When I am not helping others with their Real Estate goals, I enjoy time with my family doing all of the hobbies I love to share with them. I enjoy hunting, fishing, rock climbing, hiking, and most any other thing you can find to do outside.

What I enjoy most about working in Real Estate is getting to meet people where they are in life and assisting them in getting where they want to be. Whether it is a growing family, downsizing, or unforeseen life changes I truly enjoy being able to help take people from from that dream and goal stage to the reality of home or land ownership.
